Here at Globalbike.co.uk we are very proud of the quality of bikes we sell.  In fact, we are so confident that you'll love your new bike from Globalbike.co.uk we are happy for you to keep it at home for 30 days with the option of returning it for a full refund or for a diffrent model or size at the end of the trial period.

All you have to do is buy the bike of your choice (please feel free to call or email us at any time for advice on what may suit you best) and if your not completely satisfied with it, simply contact us and we'll pick it up for free and give you a full refund or exchange bike.

Please make sure you keep the box and the protective packaging so it can be re-used to send it back.

All we ask is that you look after it while it's in your care so that we can sell it again as a brand new bike.

N.B. Our 30 day trial period is only available for bikes bought and delivered in the UK

How do I return my bike?

Simply contact us within 30 days of receiving your bike and we'll arrange for a courier to collect the bike from you.  You must use the original box and protective packaging and the bike should be part disassembled in the same way that it arrived.  This would normally involve twisting the handlebars and removing the pedals.

Unfortunately due to the high cost of purchasing and transporting bike box's we would have to implement a surcharge of £35 for bikes returned without the original box.

Condition of the bike

The idea of this offer is for you to fully sit on and examine your new bike.

Clearly with this kind of offer we would expect you to treat the bike with a fair usage frame of mind.  Please ensure that there is no damage to the bike before you arrange for it's return.  Damaged bikes cannot be accepted back and you would have to pay the courier costs should the bike be returned in less than showroom condition.  We must be able to sell the bike again as a completly new item.

Also, the bike must be clean. Bikes returned dirty would unfortunately incur a £25 surcharge.

Lastly, please ensure you keep the box and all of the protective packaging to enable a safe return.  Damage to the bike during transport back to Globalbike.co.uk would be your liability.

Globalbike.co.uk can supply a new box, but due to the costs of purchasing and transporting them, a £35 surcharge would be applied.

What about my accessories?

Any accessories supplied with or fitted to your bike would not be eligible for the 30 trial period. Our normal returns procedure would apply to unused accessories.

If you have requested accessories to be installed by our workshop, please ensure you remove them before use if you intend to return them.

What if I bought my bike with finance?

Unfortunately, any bikes purchased using finance at Globalbike.co.uk are excluded from the 30 day trial period.


What if my order is a cycle to work purchase?

Unfortunately, due to the nature of your employers VAT liability and your income tax liability bikes purchased through a cycle to work scheme are not covered by the Globalbike.co.uk 30 day trial period.


What if I want to keep my bike?

Just keep on riding and smiling!
